A heavily customized project template known as a Personal To-Do List is created for each user ahead of time.

Permissions:

  • No other user in the system can view what is in a Personal To-Do List by default
  • If you wish to have someone be able to interact with your Personal To-Do List, you will need to add them to the “Project Members” role.  If want to give them access to a subset of your personal tasks, consider either creating a project for those items or a component under your Personal To-Do list and only give them access to that project or component.

Uses a limited set of issue types:

  • Task
  • Personal Task
  • Professional Development
  • External Responsibility
